• On April 24, 2019 Administrative Law Judge Paul L. Johnston of the Social Security Administration granted a fully favorable decision on behalf of Rinky S. Parwani's client after a hearing. The claimant was found to be disabled and entitled to SSI.
• On April 18, 2019, Rinky S. Parwani was recognized by the Supreme Court of Florida, the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar, and the Florida Pro Bono Coordinators Association at the Eleventh Annual Pro Bono Service Awards. She was presented a lapel pin and a letter of recognition signed by the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court Jorge Labarga, for her exceptional pro bono service in 2018. • On July 19, 2018, Rinky S. Parwani received a favorable judgment on behalf of her client in Hillsborough County Case Number 16-DR-8776. The Honorable Darren D. Farfante awarded Parwani Law, P.A.'s client durational alimony of seven years in the amount of $1,200 a month and also an equitable settlement payment with assets and monies in a dissolution matter. The Court also awarded an insurance policy to secure the alimony.

• On March 15, 2018, after a trial, Rinky S. Parwani, in Hillsborough County Case Number 15-DP-1033, on behalf of a mother client, obtained an order denying a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights without prejudice.
• On February 12, 2018 Rinky S. Parwani obtained a favorable judgment representing the wife in Hillsborough County Court after a contested divorce trial in case number 16-DR-13329. The wife was able to retain her home and her retirement assets and no alimony was paid to the husband.
• On January 9, 2018 the Florida United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District in case number 11-17831-LMI granted Parwani Law, P.A.'s Motion for Sanctions against Seterus, Inc. providing relief for the debtor and awarding attorney's fees for Parwani Law, P.A. and Rinky S. Parwani.

• The GP Solo Division of the American Bar Association appointed Rinky S. Parwani to serve as an advisor to the National Conference on Uniform State Laws on the Study Committee on the Right of Publicity on May 3, 2017.
• On April 25, 2017, Michael Higer appointed Rinky S. Parwani to serve on the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Florida Bar. Her term will expire June 30, 2020. • On April 22, 2017 Rinky S. Parwani volunteered for the Hillsborough County Bar Association Wills for Heroes Saturday event. She prepared two estate plans along with other attorneys and paralegals for local heroes such as firefighters, police officers and their families.
• Rinky S. Parwani on April 21, 2017 as part of the Hillsborough Community College Paralegal Studies Advisory Committee recognized the students graduating from the program in 2017.
• The Florida Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee, HAVE A HEART and Bay Area Legal Services Volunteer Lawyers Program announced that Parwani Law, P.A. was honored with the Circuit's Outstanding Pro Bono Service by a Law Firm award for the firm's exceptional pro bono service to the community. On Thursday April 20th, 2017 at 5pm at the Chester Ferguson Law Building the firm was recognized by the Judges of the Circuit.
• On March 27, 2017 St. Michael's Legal Center for Women and Children presented Rinky S. Parwani as an attorney volunteer at Nativity with a letter recognizing her work and a statute of St. Michael the Archangel.
• On March 1, 2017, Rinky S. Parwani was recognized by the Supreme Court of Florida, the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar, and the Florida Pro Bono Coordinators Association. She was presented a lapel pin and a letter of recognition signed by the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court Jorge Labarga, for her exceptional pro bono service in 2016. The letter recognized she provided at least 50 hours of pro bono service in 2016. This is the seventh year in a row Ms. Parwani was recognized for her pro bono service.
• On March 1, 2017 Rinky S. Parwani was selected as an immigration law and bankruptcy law instructor for the Hillsborough Community College Paralegal Studies Program. The bankruptcy class will be taught in the summer 2017 semester and the immigration class will be taught in the fall of 2017.
• On February 9, 2017, Rinky S. Parwani as lead trial attorney, helped a mother pro bono, and won a termination of parental rights at trial in a severe case of domestic abuse. The father is currently incarcerated and serving a sentence of fifteen years for attempted murder in the second degree of the mother. The incarceration sentence is a result of the father attacking the mother in the presence of the child. The incident occurred in a vehicle at a seven-eleven. The father beat the mother with his fist on her head and face and slammed her head into the door of the vehicle numerous times. The child was in the backseat of the vehicle and witnessed the incident, even having blood splattered on his shoes and car seat. The mother suffered a split in her right eyeball that required immediate surgery in an effort to save her vision. The mother's left orbital bones were shattered as well as her nasal cavity. The mother's nose was temporarily detached from her skull before surgery. The mother also had several missing teeth and had metal plates inserted during surgery. Pursuant to Section 39.806(1)(d)(3), Florida Statutes, a parental relationship with the father was found to be harmful to the child and termination of the father’s parental rights was found to be in the best interest of the child.

• On November 4, 2016, Rinky S. Parwani as lead trial attorney of Parwani Law representing a Respondent in the case that went to trial received a successful final judgment in Hillsborough County Case Number 13-CP-1917 Page v. Page et al. The Court denied all counts to the Petitioner for a Petition for Removal of Trustees, Declaratory Judgment Determining Resulting Trust, Declaratory Judgment Imposing Constructive Trust, for Affirmative Relief, and for Partition of Real Property.
• On November 3, 2016, Rinky S. Parwani volunteered on the Fox 13 Good Day Tampa Bay Ask A Lawyer segment. Ms. Parwani was interviewed about renter's rights to their security deposit by news anchor Jennifer Epstien.
• On October 22, 2016 Rinky Parwani volunteered with Wills For Heroes providing free estate plans for Officers and Firefighters in the Hillsborough community. • On September 12, 2016, Rinky S. Parwani was appointed as the American Bar Association GPSolo liaison to the American Bar Endowment (ABE) by David Lefton, ABA GPSolo Chair.
• On August 8, 2016, Rinky S. Parwani volunteered at the Bankruptcy Pro Se Clinic sponsored by the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. She assisted four clients with very technical and difficult bankruptcy questions at no charge. • On July 7, 2016 Rinky S. Parwani volunteered at Fox 13 Ask A Lawyer program answering pro bono questions from viewers. Ms. Parwani was interviewed by Laura Moody on the topics of child custody issues and grandparents rights considering the court case from Michigan where a child was in contempt and placed in jail for refusing visitation with a parent.
• On June 27, 2016 Rinky S. Parwani on behalf of the Hillsborough County Bar Association presented on the topic "Top Ten Things You Should Do Before Filing Before Divorce" at the Temple Terrace Library as a pro bono event. • On June 21, 2016, Rinky S. Parwani was appointed by David H. Lefton, Chair Elect to the leadership of the American Bar Association Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division. She will be the vice chair of the Bankruptcy Committee, a member of the Diversity Board, a member of the Family Law Committee. She is also an editorial Board Member for the GP Solo Magazine. All appointments will be for 2017 calendar year. The Diversity Board appointment will be until 2018.

• On February 28, 2012, on behalf of the American Bar Association, Rinky S. Parwani presented a webinar with fellow attorneys Larry Feinstein and Vikram Barad entitled Mastering Bankruptcy: Understanding the Rules.
• On January 31, 2012, Rinky S. Parwani was a speaker with the Honorable Jonathan K. Olson, United States Bankruptcy Judge, as well as attorneys Larry Feinstein and Vikram Barad. The topic was Mastering Bankruptcy: An Introduction to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 and was presented on behalf of the American Bar Association as a webinar.
• On January 24, 2012, Rinky S. Parwani and Efrain Aponte presented at the Hillsborough C. Blythe Andrews, Jr. Library on the topic of Divorce on behalf of the Hillsborough County Bar Association as part of the pro bono assistance program. • On January 5, 2012, Parwani Law, P.A. was approved for registration as a Small Business Enterprise with the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners for a period of two years.
• In October 2011, Parwani Law, P.A. donated to the Riverview Boys and Girls Club by adding a brick to the Bricks of Hope Pathway. • On October 20, 2011, Rinky S. Parwani was a co-panelist with Associate Judge Pamila J. Brown of the District Court of Maryland, practitioner Christina "Tina" Nida of Colorado and practitioner Daniel Tann of Pennsylvania at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law speaking on How to Start Your Law Practice on behalf of the American Bar Association General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Division. The panelists answered questions from soon to be lawyers and provided information about starting a practice.

Parwani was invited to speak as a panelist at the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce "Behind the Business: 2010 Small Business Award Winners" on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 11:00am to 1:00pm presented by Marie Gilmore of the Osprey Observer at the Brandon Chamber Building. The panelist shared the back story of locally recognized business including challenges and innovation.
• On July 8, 2011 Parwani Law, P.A. was nominated for the Greater Brandon Chamber 2011 Small Business of the Year Award in the 1-5 employees category.
• Parwani Law, P.A. was voted to the silver level of the Tampa Bay Tribune's Best of South Shore contest readership poll in 2011. • Parwani Law, P.A. donated $500 in funds to the local community for a slide in the Pavilion Homeowner's Association children's playground. Dedication of the new playground and slide was on June 11, 2011.
• On June 7, 2011, Rinky S. Parwani was appointed as a diversity fellow of the American Bar Association General Practice Solo and Small Firm Division for 2012. • Rinky S. Parwani authored the article "Five Successful Things to Do for Free in Setting Up a Practice" featured in the Solo/Small Firm Practitioner Section of The Hillsborough County Bar Association, April 2011 Volume 21, No. 5 of Lawyer magazine.
• Rinky S. Parwani co-presented a webinar on behalf of the American Bar Association on April 28th, 2011 entitled Bankruptcy for Non-Bankruptcy Lawyers. • Rinky S. Parwani attended a Pro Bono Service Awards ceremony on April 13, 2011, held by the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit local pro bono program, where she was recognized for her pro bono service in 2010 with a pin and letter of recognition from the Supreme Court of Florida, Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar and Pro Bono Coordinators Association.
